1. Chakrata
 

An unexplored gem of Uttarakhand, Chakrata is a cantonment town that is one of the best offbeat hill stations near Delhi. The hill station has a laid-back ambience and is particularly loved by adventure seekers and photographers. Offering a stunning view of the Yamuna Valley, Chakrata has several trekking trails that go through rich pine forests, and one of the town’s main attractions, Tiger Falls can be reached through one such hike.

 

Besides the falls, some other interesting sights include the Lakhmandal Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and Ram Tall Horticulture Garden. If you are up for an exciting adventure, then you can also scale the heights of Kharamba Peak or try your hand at skiing on the northern slopes of Chakrata during the winter months.

2. Landsdowne

3. Nainital

 

One of the most famous hill stations near Delhi, Nainital is located in the foothills of the Himalayas in the state of Uttarakhand and has an amazing temperature all year round.
